The signal form
When you send a signal we collect your email address and whatever you write in the message. It reaches us as an email (delivered by Resend) and is not stored in a database. We send you a short acknowledgement, and we will contact you about Tudorvale AI when the service launches. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to your expression of interest; if you would rather not hear from us, reply to the acknowledgement or email us and we will delete your details.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4. Its analytics cookies are set only if you accept them through the consent banner; until then analytics storage is disabled. We use no advertising cookies, and advertising signals are permanently disabled. To change your choice, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will ask again.
Processors and transfers
Vercel hosts the site, Resend delivers email, Google provides consented analytics, and Microsoft hosts our mailboxes. Some providers are US-based; transfers rely on the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and receive it in a portable format. Email info@tudorvale.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
